Cancellation and Replacement Policy for Rangya, The Ethnic House

At Rangya, The Ethnic House, we understand our customers' needs and strive to provide the best possible service. We have thus formulated a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and replacement policy.

Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

  • For orders cancelled before they have been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

  • If the product has already been shipped, we won't be able to process the cancellation.

Replacement Policy:

  • We prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. If you believe you have received a damaged product, we offer replacements under specific conditions.

  • Damaged products are eligible for replacement only if the customer provides an opening video of the product, showcasing the defect, within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you think you've received a product in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Furthermore, contact our customer care helpline at +91-8009717766 immediately, referencing your Order ID.

Exclusions:

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product that shows evident physical damage.

  • Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, or any items included at the time of delivery.

While our policy provides for replacement in the event of product damage, we do not offer returns or refunds in scenarios other than order cancellations before shipping.
